I’m not here to bash the game. I actually loved the game when I first got it and was playing, but after the the upgrade I have not been able to finish a game with out lag or without getting booted completely from the game.
I thought it might be my equipment was shot, I had the Zoom 5352 modem/router combo, and I bought a SB6141 and an Asus rt-N66u and I still can’t play without lag. I’ve set up port forwarding, I assigned a manual IP address, I changed my DNS to google’s servers, I’ve literally done everything I can do. My ISP (TWC) doesn’t see anything wrong with my signal and I’m paying for 50/5 internet but according to multiple speed test i’m pulling 60/6.
Xbox box multiplayer test connection says the same thing and that my latency is 90 with 0% packet loss
I can play gears of war with no trouble and this is the only other game I have and I DON’T want to play it! I love Halo please fix these dedicated server problems so I can get back to business on the weekends!
