Why does the game insist that an even team is 1 or 2 really good players and 1 or 2 just awful players? At least that’s what it seems like. Like 90% of my games’ post stats look like:
me: +10, teammate 2: +1, teammate 3: -17 teammate 4: -13.
And that’s if I’m lucky enough to get anyone on my team who goes positive. Shouldn’t it search for all people who are similarly good rather than equally varying levels of great and awful? Playing with randoms sucks.
Pro Tip: Search with a team.

It’s Halo 4 man. I had like 20 some odd “Halo friends” in Halo 3 and Reach that all stopped playing after this game came out.
low population will do that. same with me when i play reach or halo 4. i either dominate or get dominated. not a lot of in between.
I admit I usually hit very low positive, or down in -1 ~ -6 range, but I try my hardest.
And yeah, I see a lot of these games as well. It’s pretty rare for me to see both sides evenly matched, but those games are the funnest ^^

I would use another witty post to reply to this… but its so true I just can’t as I have the same issue.

I feel you. And it’s not something I feel good about saying either. It really bums me out when I feel like playing some Halo and every single person I used to do marathon sessions as recent as a year ago with are like “Ehhhhh, no thanks man. I don’t really like Halo 4. Wanna play something else?”. Sadface. If nothing else, that’s probably the biggest thing that detracts from this game for me.

Exactly this. What bums me out is that I regularly get paired against people who are a full party. So my team of randoms gets dominated, whether I do well or not.
