Why WOULD i have to play all the time with players that are actually really horrible at the game ? Not talking about K/D ratio or game won ratio !
Talking about people who doesn’t know yet how to Competitively play the game.
I mean it isn’t difficult to understand that you can’t possibly win with those Donkeys that expect to win by rushing constantly 3-4 players hoping to do a kill …
Since my team is down for the vacation i have been playing alone since the last 2 days and it is very horrible .
Why ? Because i get to rage quit every -Yoinking!- game i get to play because my teamates cannot understand the game mechanic and actually do kills.
Actually 343 you wouldnt need a ban system if you could match up good players against good players and noobies vs noobies.
Boring to play Vs noobies and really exhausting to play with them.
Could be worse. I played a dominion game and got matched up with 5 level 130s and 1 level 127 and each had 6000+ kills over their deaths 20,000/14,000 for example. My team had around a 1.28 k/d. Why should we and why did we get matched up with those guys? We got slaughtered. Laughably slaughtered.

It wouldn’t be “Do kills” it would be “Get Kills”
It is your choice to rage quit don’t blame it on how your team’s performance is. It seems to me that you seriously care too much about your K/d and W/L ratio’s. Relax and play for fun don’t stress too much about it. You should not get too worked up over this because it is just a game. They also do pair you up with players in your skill range.
People also just play for fun these days, the try hards are a minority in Halo.

You tell him to play for fun, but for some people, having fun means trying hard to win. Now, with CSR, we can hopefully get a skill matching system that actually works.

You quit and someone else joins, so what’s the problem? If you get matched against a team of pros and you’ve been placed on a team of nooblets, one good player in a sea of badness isn’t going to save them. It’s the same broken system from reach. -Yoink- like that happens you leave and hope for a better game next time. Why torture yourself? Leave and find something better.
