Matching 343i in Covie Slayer?

My friend told me a few days ago that matching a member of 343i in Covie Slayer will net you some kind of exclusive skin? I don’t know if it’s for a certain weapon or not, or if it’s even true but I figure I’d ask. I wasn’t entirely sure where to post this, however, so I’ll just post it here. Also, if it is true is anyone from 343i still running in Covie Slayer? And if so, what day & time?

Lol, they did a play date like 2-3 weeks ago. They aren’t doing that anymore

Oh, for real? So it’s just a one-and-done Community play date kind of thing? If so, that’s disappointing. I’m a completionist so I have a compulsive desire to unlock everything I can in this game, regardless of if I wear/use it.

I’d be willing to bet that they’ll probably have more events like it in the future, but they haven’t said anything about it.

Yeah, I hear ya. Still, I don’t check the forums very often so the chances of me hearing about it before it happens is slim to none. If it were a pop-up from when you load up the game that would be nice.

And I hope its not by Matching 343 Member, cause some people are unable to match them due to Being located on the other side of the world (Australia)
