I noticed that with the new site update my forum title “Master of Unicorns” is gone. I understand I only originally had it due to a long-ago bug, but I’d certainly like to get it back. Would this somehow be possible?
You most likely wont get it back. I’ve seen some lucky few still commanding the title of bearing the unicorns.
Yea the recent update knocked off majority of the inactive unicorns. And this caught a few of the active users also.

You cant sadly. It was gained though a glitch when ranks were introduced.

Well from the looks of things the Forum staff give back the rank if you had it. But that may not happen.(aka your lucky if they do)
As I always said ranks are not the important thing. Its taking part in the Community. ^^

It’s a rank that was grandfathered in for some of the Longterm waypointers.
On the Halo Waypoint Forums, when the ranking system was first being implemented, a glitch broke a lot of peoples ranks, keeping them at the original rank of “Member”. On the 29th November 2011 the rank was changed to “I R STUCK” as a joke that the ranks were broken. On the 2nd January 2012, a forum user joked that the rank should be called “Master of Unicorns”,[3] and the rank shortly after was then changed to that by the web-team. Later on in 2014 when the forums updated to make things easier for the web-team, the rank stayed, and everyone who had the rank got a special Unicorn rank banner.…
