Has anyone else noticed that Master Chief has no legs or feet in Campaign?

Your game is bugged, I see his legs and feet just fine when I look down, The only thing I have noticed, is if I turn fast enough while looking down I can “twist him in half” by having his feet and legs pointing backwards until he pivots to have his feet/legs facing the way he is facing

I seem to recall this is caused by having your FOV set really high.

I definitely see them when I play.

Yeah I have mines set to 90 or just over that and can’t see them but I know someone who hasn’t touched theirs and the legs are visible

Interesting, I did not know FOV would cause disappearing legs. Something I hope 343 can patch (though I’m not overly bothered by it).

I thought it was weird I could see footprints but no legs lol

I would imagine that if it was because of FOV being high, they took them out because it would have looked too hilarious to see master chief with really long slender legs and torso when you look down… lol

It has to do with when your fov is too high you can see all the way behind you and it makes it look like your floating, late night gaming did a video about it I think

I thought they removed this little bit, but I have my FOV at 100 so that could be the issue

Isn’t the legs FOV cutoff at 79? In the last flight there was a massage about it next to the FOV slider. That’s way too low.

That’s because you have your FOV Set on Default, your legs disappear when you Increase your FOV

Here I was hoping someone was gonna say they gave Chief the thicc cakes he deserves in campaign :pensive: legs disappearing is fov issue like everyone else said lol

Na bro. There is no legs. It’s been like that throughout the beta and release

It doesn’t have to be really high, just a little higher than default makes them disappear.

If you look down at your where your legs should be then go into settings in game. The menu should be semi see through and you can adjust your fob slider. 78 and less you can see your legs but 79 and above and they disappear

It’d not bugged you’re just playing the game at 78 to default fov sadly

Just adding another reply to hopefully draw more attention to this annoying bug. Any setting in the FOV slider higher than 78 delegates chiefs legs. Small but annoying
