Hi, I got bored recently and started to watch the Halo 4 cutscenes again and noticed that 343 probably spoiled the death of John in a couple of seconds.
That’s definitely John-117 getting eaten by some white orb thing
I wonder if 343 is just pulling our legs or not, but think about how the Librarian was talking about John’s place in the universe, this might be his death.
I need the community to put their minds to work and see if this is legit or not
Main characters don’t get randomly killed off unless the creators want the franchise to crash and burn. 343 doesn’t want to, they just don’t really know what to do in some crucial regions.
Well they are making a few more halo’s after halo 4, and it seems like every day (especially in the spartan ops episodes) there is always some hidden catch or cut scene, or small announcement about halo’s story or history. So I’m not surprised you’d come across this and be concerned lol.

Funny thing is 343 have done that and have pretty much made this franchise crash and burn already multiplayer wise. We are left to see whether they’ll screw the rest of the campaigns up as well.
Considering that’s the cutscene with the librarian, it was probably depicting what would happen to him if she hadn’t given him an immunity to the composer.
That or an exaggerated effect of him being sucked into her more digital world.
