Ok yes there is Master Chief’s old armor variants, but what about Master Chief’s Halo 4/Halo 5 armor? I have noticed that all blue teams armors are obtainable (except Master Chief), all Osiris, Halo Wars Jerome Spartan 092 armor, Helioskrill (based off the Arbiter’s armor) and probably a few others that I have missed. Anyway my point is how come they didn’t add the new Master Chief armor as an obtainable REQ like all the others? Not sure why this is, but I hope 343 eventually decides to add it in a future update. If you agree with me please leave a comment, much appreciated cheers!
I don’t think I would want it I feel that it would just not feel unique anymore, the same reason why we didn’t get Arbiters armour in Halo 3.
You got the Master Chief armor in Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo Reach so what makes this any different?

It wasn’t exact though, Halo 2 onwards Chief had a unique colour and armour damage.
You’re talking about something that is incredibly minor, the armor damage doesn’t change the fact that it was Master Chief’s armor and it was the default armor in every Halo up till 3. Anyway my point is they should make it a mythic legendary REQ just like the other Halo protagonist armors that are obtainable, his armor has been a part of all the Halo games except for 4 and 5.

Arbiters armor was originally going to be in halo 3’s multiplayer, but it was removed for some reason during development.
If the Master Chief’s armor does end being add to the Req system, I’m trying it on!
it isn’t?
As far as I can see you cant get the exact colour, and you cant get the right shoulder armour, unless its a future release?
I don’t see why his Mk VI isn’t in the game. The Mk VI varients worn by Blue Team are in the game, same with the suits worn by Osiris… so why? Is it because they want us to believe Cortana designed that armor… which so happens to look exactly like Blue Teams Mk VI varients? Well, I still don’t buy that bs explanation.
All I want are the legs and chest. Not a fan of the shoulders or forearms.

That I actually I agree on as I feel the upper arms are too big and look bulky when the Chief fights Lock in the game. Preferred the battle scared chest piece from Halo 4 myself, that with a cracked visor would have looked brilliant but obviously wouldn’t have made sense for the game, but would have been nice to have.
It was mentioned before the game came out that we would be getting The Chief’s armor in multiplayer.

Because Cortana custom made it for him while he was in cryo. There are no other suits like it in the UNSC. There were loads of Mark IV, Mark V, and Mark VI armor sets out there. But his current suit is unique and should stay that way. As much as I like it, I feel it should stay unique to him.

Agreed or it wouldn’t be Master Chief!!!
I would love it to be in the game but it just wouldn’t make it feel as awesome as it looks if multiple people wear it

Yes I agree with this. It makes no sense to have his current armor for Spartan IVs, if it really is Cortanas custom variant.
However, what about that short cutscene at the start of halo 4, it shows multiple Spartans wearing the EXACT same armour that chief is wearing.

They shouldn’t be wearing that armor. 343’s acknowledged this too. Should be Mark IV or V depending on when it is (we see shields used, so I say Mark V) but they sent the Chief asset to Axis for CG rendering for the scenes of him, but CG is expensive, so they just used that asset for the early Spartans as well. It’s not canon, even though it’s in a game’s cutscene
Oh, BTW … CIO armor with Mark VI scarred … works nicely. It’s not perfect, what with the Halo 3 helmet and the armor isn’t an exact match, but the shoulders, forearms, and chest piece have the general shapes and proportions.

Wow, that actually looks pretty close.
If I may ask, what green was used for the armor?
