WHO IS THE DEADLIEST WARRIOR?
Depends on the difficulty. UN Marauder could probably destroy chief. We’re talking about an ancient and highly advanced race of warriors that are now tainted by hell and imbued with ungodly strength and endurance. The other is a biologically enhanced super-soldier.

Agreed, purely cause of the lore differences, Doom is grounded in a bit more of a comical nature, any Doom marine and probably a Marauder would likely kill Chief, as he is based in a more realistic nature. If you read the book Halo: First Strike we see that a Spartan can be taken down a just one brute if they’re not careful, as Chief is nearly crushed to death. Interesting question though.
Well, considering that the Marauders are corrupted Night Sentinels, once lead by the Slayer himself to fight agaisnt the armies of Hell, and are basically the Slayer’s equal(until you learn his moves that is), I’d pretty confidently say that a Marauder would take down any Spartan, the Chief included. Doom is just too op for Halo, just like 40k.
The lore of DOOM reboot says that the Doom Slayer is practically invincible and can’t be hurt (cheap, but its the lore). The Marauders were revived with the specific purpose of hunting said invincible Slayer. So if they’re capable of hurting an invincible magically-enhanced Hellsbane, Chief doesn’t stand a chance.

I second that. Chief would end up an ant under their boot, probably quickly eliminated so they could go back to their main purpose in life. Making a quick death for Chief and a heartbreaking end to his story.
