who is more skilled, who wins in a fight
Only way I see Locke winning is if he gets the drop on chief. He seems more stealth/assasination oriented, and if he was trying to take down chief he’d probably thoroughly study his weaknesses first.
In a straight out fight though, Chief as years more experience, locke has nothing comparable.
Locke + Arbiter > Chief
Chief + Arbiter > Gravemind >>>> Covenant Armada >>>>>>>>>>> … >>>>>>>>>>>>> Locke
Locke tries to sneak up on chief. Pelican falls out of sky and lands on Locke, killing him: or chief just turns around and engages him in hand to hand and kills him, given a spartan II can punch so hard they can break armor (ghost of onyx), in about 3 or 4 strikes to the head. If Locke did even hit the chief it would be very effective, given his bones are reinforced. Then there is a firefight, and given chief has had those almost daily since he was about 8, his experience and tactics easily outweigh Locke’s. Chief is just too op for Locke, plus he breaks the fight immediately with the unfair advantage of luck.
Chief wins all day. Experience, training, and can you guess…luck
Not that he needs luck, but he sure has a lot of it. Besides, he’s been trained to kill since he was 6
Given that Locke was a former ODST and even as a child, John beat up a squad of ODSTs and even killed one, the Chief would definitely win.
would you guys say Chief is “greater” then Locke in terms of experience and achievements?

ONI Field Agent, not ODST. Even as a Spartan, he still is.

Sorry, I haven’t had the opportunity to watch Nightfall. I know he is doing things for ONI, but given the armor that I saw in the trailers, it resembles that of ODST so I assumed he was an ODST

Locke couldnt hold up master chief’s space diaper and your asking who wins in a fight??? No mater what characters 343 makes none of them are going to be believable as a tuff spartan.this thread is garbage

You spreading a lie? youve posted this on every forum about the Chief vs Locke, yet you have no evidence to show this, where is the video you mentioned with SII MasterChief? He also called you out on this, yet you never replied…

If youve paid attention to the game H2A, and terminals, also with Halo Nightfall along with the website, Agent Locke was an ODST, in Halo nightfall he is command of his own squad… Bleach McKola, get your facts straight.

Right? If this is true, then explain how everyone who is a Halo fan hasnt seen it yet… let alone Why would 343 Reveal The plot / Ending to a game? Explain, if not, then dont make up any Bs lies…
Also you’ve been marked and reported for Post Bumping and Duplicating this post. cut you S’’’ kid.

Ok thank you for that clarification. I never got to watch the Terminals(Halo Channel not working properly and I have an HD PVR hooked up) and I saw the beginning cutscene with Locke and the Arbiter in H2A but didn’t get the last cutscene for some reason, it just throws me back to main menu after the Cortana/Gravemind cutscene. Thank you for clarifying again.

Unless I have really gone cross-wired this time, I am pretty sure every one in Locke’s squad was ONI and that while it may resemble ODST armour, it is not, having been given the moniker “Nightfall armour”.
Can someone assure me I do not need to be put in a mental institution?
I think Locke could beat Chief if the conditions are right. Chief has had to rely on Blue Team for most of his career and even when he was alone he had Cortana along with him giving him support in other ways. Not saying he can’t do things solo, but given how many times he got his -Yoink- kicked and needed someone else to save him, directly or indirectly, I can see Locke coming out on top.
Also, Chief got fooled by a giant Venus flytrap twice, so…

Both have quite different specializations in combat. If Locke manages to play the shadows into his favour, Chief is going to have quite the fight.

What are you talking about spreading a lie? What are you talking about a video of SII master Chief, chief is an SII. And who called me out? I don’t reread threads unless they are on the front page.
edit: just noticed the dudes name.
edit:edit: by the way I’m 21 and have a child “kid”
edit3: where did I post this on more than one thread.
These threads are pointless. Wait until we actually see Agent Locke in action instead of making baseless arguments about which Spartan is better.
