Iron Man. Who can fly, has replusors, (some kind of kinetic energy beam) that fire from his gauntlets, a beam from his chest arc, micro- munitions. & enhances his strength by an unknown factor, good enough to go toe to toe with Thor. Iron Man’s armor is Different from John’s, whose gen II armor, has energy shielding, enhances strength & speed by a factor of 5, but still needs weapons that aren’t built into his suit, & have a finite ammo capacity.
Obviously Iron Man is cooler but Master Chief could reck him aha
It’s pretty much experience versus flying and blasters with infinite ammo. Could see it going either way.
hulk
The only thing going for John in this scenario is the shielding. Iron Man is faster, stronger, more maneuverable, carries more firepower and can take a beating far in excess what Mjollnir can withstand. Iron Man wins.
Hand to hand? Chief most likely
Ranger? Iron man with his unlimited ammo and variety of weapons ON BODY
however with his high manueverability i would say iron man would win most the time
Plus the fact iron man’s intelligent and could hack chiefs suit since cortana isn’t protecting it anymore
Iron man takes it 9/10 times
Super Hero franchises will always win over any Science Fiction franchise. Sadly. They’re too OP and unrealistic. So, Iron Man takes the cake on this one, unless Captain America has been able to defeat him in the comics (I would not know), because if so, then Chief would stand a pretty good chance (6 to 4 ratio Iron Man’s favor).
I think it would be a close fight, but Iron Man would win out in the end, due to his fire power.
Well as we have seen in the pasts the iron man suit are able to crumble under pressure but what should be asked is what weapon chief is using and what type of amour iron man is using

In ironman 1, tony struggled to lift a toyta (3 tons) while chief easily flipped a warthog (3.5) so I hope it ends the strength subject. I’m pretty sure chief can keep up with those thrusters and both armor are titanium alloy here. Iron man has a total number of 4 accessible weapons while chief can access 3-4 (counting heavy turret). We’re comparing iron man from the movies not comic.

Iron man doesn’t have unlimited ammo. His suit has power starting at 100%. The total up weapons on his body counts up to 4 while chief can hold 3-4 if counting a turret. You’re underrating the manoeuvrability of Spartans in the gen 2 armor with thrusters. They can move left or right to avoid an attack while tony has to escape the aim bu moving forward like he does in both avengers movies. Mjolnir doesn’t have a history of being hack proof so it’s unlikely for it to be hacked and I could say the same for tony who’s not EMP proof. In Iron man 3 war machine got Emp remember?

We’re comparing Iron man from the movies not op comics. I said so above and captain America has defeated him once in the comics in Civil War.

The Dude here is right,Superheroes are ridiculously OP.They simply don’t respect any Physical Law and their actions are totally impossible from happening.
I’d give this fight to Chief though, but only if Iron Man is using his Mark V or some of his weaker armors…

Not in the Movies they’re not. In the comics Iron man can lift 100 tons while in the movies 3 tons is about much he could handle. In the movies they’re more realistic of coarse.I posted on top that we’re comparing Iron man from the movies not comics. I don’t see how tony’s age of ultron suit proofs he’ll win here but we’ll have to wait for civil war to see more. From the looks he get’s his -Yoink- handed by cap.

His Mark VII armor fought toe to toe against Thor, and the Hulkbuster was a challenge even to Hulk.
There is no way Chief could possibly defeat Iron Man if he is using one of his most advanced armors.
Saying that Chief could beat Iron Man is almost the same thing to say that he could defeat Thor, and I guess we both know that’s never going to happen…
Chief could beat Tony Stark from the first Iron Man movie, probably even the second movie.Mark VII or a more advanced armor ??? I wouldn’t bet on that (unless he has the luck factor XD)
P.S. Cap was being helped by buck, and if it’s like the Civil War Comics,Tony was heavily damaged by enviroment explosions before the fight against Cap and Buck…
Depends on which suit Stark is using.

Expect in avengers thor was holding back and if cap didn’t came in time tony would’ve died or get mortally wounded. Hulkbuster is a different story and it’s designed against only the hulk. Iron man’s newer suits haven’t shown anything superior to mjolnir gen 2 armor.
Still composed out of titanium alloy like chief’s armor but only less thicker and without shields. The only advantage I could name is the ability to fly supersonic speed but halo’s thrusters can go to those speed since they create shock wave which can only be emitted by supersonic speed.Weapons of stark is only a few compared to the comics and I can name about 5 but it’s still more than what chief could carry.
Saying chief could beat iron man doesn’t mean he could beat thor. That’s not how it works and it completely makes no sense. Different characters have their own strength and weaknesses. For example batman could beat superman but those that mean he could be darkside. Batman has excess to supes weakness while not the same thing applies for darkside. This isn’t a food chain like all marvel fanboys like to use in debates. Iron man never defeated thor in the first pace here and I bet if chief brought in some fine gear he could probably last a while with thor. He could hurt thor with some explosives or heavy weapons like tony did and they tank some hammer hits before going down.
In the civil war comics tony was in fine shape and there was no bucky.
Given that we don’t really know 100% how much more powerful Halo’s weapons are than current stuff (in-game power and range isn’t canon - try shooting a Marine in the face with a plasma pistol to see why), it’s kinda hard to say. If Iron Man’s repulsors are, say, equal in power to a Sentinel Beam, then Master Chief might win due to his energy shields. Likewise, I think it’s safe to assume that Mjolnir armor is harder to break than Iron Man suits, given that IM’s are supposed to be built with materials we understand today. 500+ years in the future, our armor will likely be tougher due to a better understanding of the materials science. So, if the more durable Mjolnir armor can have its operator killed by a MA5 series assault rifle, it’s safe to say that an MA5 could punch through energy shield-less modern-day metal Iron Man armor. And let’s not even bother discussing it if Chief has a plasma weapon. That would most likely turn Iron Man into Molten Metal Man. I’m also pretty sure that Iron Man’s Tank Missiles have a delay between hitting a target and exploding, so one might just bounce off Master Chief’s shields like the ex-wife bunker buster did to Whiplash.
Of course, this is assuming that Iron Man isn’t flying, because that’s not really a fair way to judge who’s more powerful. Iron Man could just leave.

I like both, so I leave that now.
But sometimes, I wondering about Iron Man armor and the Mjolnir armor. Is it possible that one day Spartans will get an armor which is like the Iron Man? That cover all part of the body?
