Master Chief Vs. Atriox who would win?

Since Halo Infinite is confirmed to have the banished as the main antagonists, and assuming we don’t get the main boss finished off in a comic (eg: Didact) or first level like Jul M Dama/ atriox is only in hw series we can assume Atriox will face chief at some point. Knowing how the Red team faired against Atriox and them being spartan II’s do you think chief could take on atriox 1v1 with his experience and luck? How effectively could the Blue team all together take down Atriox? What are your thoughts?

Chief. Atriox fought a group of the youngest SIIs with the most outdated armor, and the least amount of experience. They only fought in the war for 5 years, Atriox is a Brute after the the collapse of the Covenant so he’s better experienced. They just got out of cryo that lasted 28 years. Chief was hammered from 4 years so I definitely think red team was not a 100% ready. They fought in a dark, enclosed space that did not work in their favor against a Brute, especially a smart one.

Chief been around longer, and got the Gen 3 armor he should take this with moderate difficulty. With Blue Team it would be easy.

Depends on which version of Chief you’re using buy my money is on Atriox most of the time solely bc Atriox is not dumb and a 1 on 1 against a Brute isnt’t as easy as the games make it out to be. Yeah Red Team had Shielded Mark IV (outdated) and they weren’t as experienced but it’s still 3 SIIs in MJOLNIR armor, regardless of the model, they should be able to take a brute down with ease but nope they got their -Yoinks!- handed to them. However if Chief had the rest of Blue (Fred, Kelly, Linda only) backing him up then yeah they could easily clap Atriox.

No idea. But since the Master Chief is the protagonist, late or never he will do something with him.

Chief alone, I do not think so. But with blue team, absolutely !

Bruh your logic that Atriox will win is because “He is not dumb” the Jiralhinaie are all extremely intelligent people I believe they made nuclear weapons at one point and blew themselves up in combat sending the survivors of the nuclear fallout back a few generations in technology, so their a bit “crude” and “basic” when it comes to their techniques and traditions but also why their ability to fit in with a faction like the covenant, or banished in this case. Atriox is just a step above the intelligence of most brutes. Intelligent and Strong are a deadly combo and nothing represents that better than the Jirilhanie. On the other hand Chief not only has experience in taking down Brute Chieftains, and facing innumerable threats much more cunning and prepared than Atriox he also has Luck and a drive behind his actions more than simply “avenging lost loved ones” or “saving humanity” with the new halo book another motive that seems to be a drive for him is his home Reach.

Chief will win because of writing most likely. But in a one on one matchup I give the edge to Atriox.

What I meant by “he is not dumb” is that he’s not gonna make stupid decisions in the fight. Look at Ripa vs Forge, Ripa lost bc the idiot decided to give into his pride thinking Forge was incapable of killing him and look what happened.
