Master Chief & the call of nature

What happens if nature calls during battle? Does it get shot out in a little pod? What happens? Does it get recycled? I’ve wondered this since the first Halo game.

The dookie and urine gets shot into a pressurized grenade shaped pod to be used as an explosive weapon. Most of the Covenant absolutely hate it, although Grunts and certain Jackals seem partial to it.

The suit recycles it for reconsumption of the remaining nutrients.

Thread of the year, right here folks.

No but seriously, Halo 4 is about to be released in four days, and this is what you’re hugely concerned about? It doesn’t even pertain to Halo 4, and hence it should probably be in the Halo Universe forum.

I agree, something here needs to be canonified.

Master Chief has been in cryo for 4 years where have all the bodily fluids gone? Will they be inside the Cryo-tube in Halo 4?.. There, now its Halo 4 related.

…it’s catheterized. then the feces is recycled for nutrients.

How do you know though? I’ve never seen it discussed anywhere.

“Hey Cortona where my dookie go?”

It’s in the books.

He is frozen. When in cryo you don’t age. Nor do you expel waste.

It’s recycled.

I do believe it gets discussed in Glasslands. I forgot what the explanation was, though. I think it just gets recycled or something.

It is also discussed in Fall of Reach.
