To make another rank after inheritor called master chief
Except that’s an actual rank (Master Chief petty Officer), and a pretty low one at that. 
I don’t expect any new ranks to be added, but just for fun… “Hyper-Lethal Vector” maybe.
I know what the rank is called, and it’s actually the highest rank in the UNSC, you’d know that if you watched the movie HALO: fall of Reach. There is no such thing as somebody higher then master chief

Low? You’re still enlisted, not an officer, but MC is pretty up there. (Coming from a Coast Guard)
I forget where the upper PO ranks fall in actual pay grade compared to commisioned officers, but yes they’re still pretty low when you’ve surpassed 5-star General and are into “galactic legend” territory.

It is directly above Fleet/Force Master Chief Petty Officer. Warrant Officers are higher in rank, but MCPON is a more respectable (and harder to attain) position. were talking about a video game right? not real life. I don’t care about officers. Officers are -Yoink-. And even in the game john doesn’t listen to the general on the ship lmao quit waisting your breath on characters that have no meaning in the game either. You see the people your talking about 1 or 2 times threw the whole series and then that’s it. There’s a reason for it
