Personally I’m on the side of Master Chief but I’ve heard a few people are supporting Spartan Locke, and I’m curious what other people think.
I’m sure John has his reasons in doing whatever he is up to, but I don’t think Locke is necessarily nefarious either. His pursuit of ways to disable MJOLNIR, talk of bringing John home and surrounding himself with teammates that don’t scream cutthroat assassins makes me think his goals may be more benign than we think.
0% locke lol, get -yonked.
Locke has shown to be a good guy(Nightfall). He is just being misguided. I believe that the two trailer versions we saw are simply to elude us, make us forget that there is a middle ground to all this, none of both videos made me feel good. Locke saying all that BS, Chief pointing a gun at another Human. Nothing felt right on those trailers.
Chief all the way!

This is the camp I am in, I don’t think either is wrong. Both are using different means to the same end of protecting humanity. I think it will be a story of which person do you more align with, which person do you think is going about their mission the right way. I also think one of the parties involved may be mislead, these types of topics are what make me extremely interested in the story, I can’t wait until this fall.

I’m all for Buck, forget everyone else.
I get why some people have nothing against Locke, but I don’t understand why someone would take his side instead of the Chief.
I personally don’t like Locke. He seems like a d!ck from what I’ve seen outside of Nightfall. His arrogance blooms when he talks with the Arbiter in the 2 H2A cinematics. I also think he is lying to Arbiter about “bringing him back”, just because he knows Arbiter would support Chief.
I feel bad for Locke… 14% of the vote for him.
With Hunt the Truth going on, more and more sympathy and support for Chief is being built up in the community. Of course our favorite Spartan is Chief.
Chief because he’s everyone’s favorite spartan.
I think it will be like halo 2 except MC and Locke

I never thought of it like that

> Well That is only because we have been with him since halo ce but we have never seen Locke so give him a chance if you have ever read Halo the Glasslands section one of Oni is pretty corrupted itself so I’m thinking Locke I’d being miss leaded

Haha
I vote for the Rookie and Noble six
Locke is just a pawn right now and that’s just the way ONI want’s to keep all it’s Spartans. But I would assume that H5G will be full of reality checks that will change how Locke perceives things just like how Thel Vadam got wise once he dawned the armor of the Arbiter.
I believe master chief is in the right… currently at least… I believe Locke is also in the right, but he currently has the wrong perspective.

I agree, I think ONI has given Locke the wrong story and painted the Chief as a criminal
