I don’t recall him having a rock-ish theme in Halo 3.

There is a track on the soundtrack called 117 -.- im pretty sure that is his own amazing theme music because it sounds epic.

It’s ok, as a standalone piece of music, it isn’t all that amazing, but I’m sure it will be better in game.

It’s not the type of song I would just listen to over and over or keep coming back to. It doesn’t grab me all that much.

Maybe for Johnson rock would be fitting. Because he’s bad -Yoink-. Because he’s Johnson.

Chief does things through more of a sense of duty so I think the military-esque orchestral music is better suited to him.

I’m guessing 117 plays when Chief gets in the Mech. I don’t think they should make that theme represent him. The one in my link should play when Chief starts getting busy with the Mech.
