Master Chief is going to be in Spartan Ops?

I’ve heard that he could make a cameo appearance a while back. I’m on the dashboard right now and their is a picture of the Chief that I never seen before under the Halo 4 Spartan Ops tab.

Here is a bad quality cell phone pic of it.

Well technically, he has already been in Spartan Ops, he was on the screen when Halsey was using Roland to look for info.
