OK so I got the Master Chief controller and put my code in about A month ago.It worked so I figured it was all good.I am just now attempting to play the game and decided to play around with my spartans apearance.I opened the pack,and the only pack,and it was just the bonus pack from pre-ordering the game.No other pack is available. I got my DLC code(from controller) thru the phone.Gamestops computers were acting up so it wouldn’t give me my code so they had to call me later that day to give it to me.The guy on the phone was kind enough to actually text the code to me.I still have it and just tried again but it says I already used it.I went to manage game and can’t find the pack there either so I can only assume it didn’t give it to me even though it said it did.So does this basically mean I can’t get my visor or whatever else the pack gives?Really want the stuff
The pack gives the Dauntless visor, it’s kind of a faded, shiny OD green color with a hint of bronze in the shine effect. The other stuff in the pack is just random single-use stuff.
Maybe try searching the XBL store for Halo 5 and look at the stuff other than the game itself that pops up, if you’ve redeemed the code you might find one of the promo packs says something like “install” or “manage”.
With 360 on the xbox website you could look at your download history and trigger a re-download to your console from the website, as far as I know that’s not an option with XB1 and I can’t imagine why it’s not but new rollouts from microsoft aren’t exactly known for being user friendly.
It should have been added to your game as a DLC pack, you might want to try going to your games, pressing the menu button on Halo 5 and checking out manage, it may not have downloaded but would give you the option there.

Checked.Only thing there is the game and the DLC pack that came with the game.Makes no sense,I put the code,it told me what it was for,and I accepted it and it said I got it,but obviously I don’t.Even tried to re-enter the code but it says I already have the DLC

It says I already have it installed so idk,makes no sense
i had to just play a match after redeeming it to get the pack
