Master Chief Controller Bonus REQ Pack

Hello all,
I recently purchased the Halo 5 Master Chief Controller. I used the included code for the REQ Pack, and it shows up in the “Manage Game” section as installed. However, I’m unable to find it I’m my collections. I called Microsoft Service, and after they verified that it was registered to my account and walked me through a cold restart of the console, they referred me here. Any ideas on how to correct it? I’ve searched through the forums and haven’t found a solution to this.

*Edit - After reading the forums, I’ve now tried resetting my router, and that doesn’t work either. Any other ideas out there? Also, if it’s registered to my account and I uninstall it, will I be able to reinstall it?

I have the same problem with the pack, it’s in my account installed but it doesn’t appear in the game, i already uninstalled and install it again and doesn’t work.
