I’m pretty pissed with you and Microsoft support. I’m an ambassador and still they treat us like -Yoink-. My master chief collection, which is digital copy, will not go past the loading screen since you put out the reach update. I’ve deleted reinstalled it, and nothing works. I ask for a refund they tell me it’s to late because I bought the game when it came it. Are you guys going to patch this ? The next step is seeing what legal action I can take for my money back, seeing I can not play a game that I paid 60$ for, and you haven’t mentioned a patch, and Xbox are thief’s, and treat their ambassadors like -Yoink-.
