So everytime I load halo master chief collection it kicks me to the xbox menu after it freezes so I just want to play a game I own us all it is

Just let me know what I should do to get it fix I have deleted the game and redownload it I have reset the internet I spent 40 or 50 hours trying to get the game to work again but I keep getting nowhere xbox live can’t do anything because it through 343 end is what I was told I just want master chief collection to work again
