I recently got a PC and started to play MCC on int through the game pass. This worked flawlessly, but I’ve now stumbled into a problem…
Now when I try to launch the game, either on PC or my Xbox, when I push ENTER or START at the menu, it freezes and crashes. On PC it says “Fatal error”, after which it shuts itself down, while on console it just shuts itself down after a few seconds. I have tried to re-download the game both on PC and on Xbox but I still have the same problem. I guess the problem is that the game is trying to sync up with my Xbox live account from PC and Xbox but how do I solve this?
I guess the problem started when I fixed the audio for Halo 5 by changing my consoles language to English so I could download the English voices for the campaign (when i could hear audio but not the voices from the characters in campaign). But I’m not sure if that’s relevant.

Meanwhile you can try this. Otherwise try to log out from the Xbox App.

I don’t know if it matters. Some people could switch their region back with no problems, others had the game still crashing so they’re stuck with the US region. I also had this problem but I solved it by logging out from the Xbox App. Others had no luck with that here. I never changed my region, left it to Italy.
