Hi, I’m having issues connecting to the online multiplayer in the master chief collection, I can’t get away from the contacting server page also when I go to settings and select network it comes up saying network error, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a way around this? Thanks

What kind of connection are you playing with? (Wifi, lan, hotspot, other) In case of wifi connection, try to connect the xbox via LAN. If the problem persists try to make a connection via hotspot and see if it works, so we can start from there to solve the problem.
I got the same issue, using hotspot on my phone
