I recently ordered the Master Chief Collection on Amazon. It arrived on time, with no noticeable damages or issues. Upon startup, I noticed there was already a gamer profile on my system. I thought it odd, but only decided it was a problem when I could not log in as that profile. Furthermore, my download code has been used by this profile, and I am unable to play the collection. Is this an problem for Xbox Support? I have yet to hear back from the seller on Amazon about the issue.
Depending on who you bought the console from this might be an issue for Xbox support or Amazon’s customer support.
