I payed for a req bundle (7 gold + 2 free) but never received the packs. I am down 22.39 dollars Canadian because I never received and item I was billed for. Please help
Lol dang. Contact microsoft is the only think I can think of. I do not pay money for stuff like that though, personally, just play and you get it for free.
All sales are final. I’ve heard that before from ppl who had glitches and disconnects during transactions. I hope you get your money back or your reqs but the man does not make it easy unless they know, that you know, its their fault 110%.
Yeah it just angers me. There goes some Christmas cash for nothing. Microsoft tried their best and knows that my transaction went through now I must wait for someone important to take notice

Go on your req packs in waypoint and look in unopened. This worked for me when my reqs wouldn’t load ingame
