After seeing a thread on bungie.net i thought i’d post the finding here.

as you can see, this guy has discovered a forerunner decoder on halo waypoint. now my computer has no sound so i can’t decide how he did it, but it’s really brand new.
you enter the forerunner digits and once you get the right combonation something secret is presumed to happen.
the digits that supposedly unlock the secrets are the ones at the end of the terminals in CEA.
I don’t have the new waypoint yet on my xbox, but can someone decode all these and provide video evidence of what they do?
I have a feeling these are the halo 4 details we’ve been wanting!
