now this all links together with the ‘chief is dead trailer’, Hunt the Truth, steve downes twitter post and recent fan theory but what if its really something else? what if 343 are just playing us to get emotions charged [there own oni propaganda if you will]

what do people think? i dont think its true and that 343 are pulling our legs… but who knows.

I know it was speculated to be intentional, but is there actual proof of that? I’m legitimately curious because I didn’t see it if so.

very true, but the thing is however that 343 made a similair mistake with a halo 4 vidoc which spoiled the didacts demise/defeat

If this is true, it basically confirms that we’ll only be getting 13/14 missions. This ties into the 13 skulls. One per mission.

Halo 5 is actually a game created by ONI so we wont know what actually happened in Halo 5.

Which is how they know people were going to enhance the footage and dig deep… They wouldn’t make the same exact mistake twice. They are toying with us at this point.

Oh God no!!! Are you serious?! I swear if this is true, I’m going to be able to fill the Grand Canyon with all my tears. I hope this is just a ploy and not a massive spoiler given away weeks before the game releases… r-right?..

13/14 missions is still pretty good

Halo 5 is really a film made by ONI, with the chief and blue team going awol to watch it

My only problem with taking that script at face value is that it seemingly comes out of nowhere in a notebook of sheet music and we are missing SO MUCH context.

Right. I also have a hard time seeing them have him go out in such a morbid fashion. Just seeing his corpse there … not really a hero’s ending.

I hope as -Yoink- you’re right man. I imagine if he’s going to have a -Yoinking!- amazing death, at the end of his story arc. I don’t think he’s dying, let’s not kid ourselves.

That’s actually original writing. It’s stark, realistic. Real heroes don’t go out in big explosions or fighting off an army like Noble Six, they usually die of old age, or are killed by a sniper (like Kat) or something low-key and rather un-extravagant. I would be glad (yet very very sad) to see Master Chief meet his end in the line of duty, but more so in the likeness that we are reminded that he is still only human behind the mask, and that the universe is an infinitely vast, large, and unforgiving, unbiased beast of unqualified chasms of abyssal power.
