Synthesis Ending
In this ending, Synthetics and organics unite as one. Earth is saved but Shepard dies however.
Control Ending
This ending has Shepard taking control of the Reapers and saves Earth. Shepard dies in this ending.
Destroy: “The Perfect Ending”
All Reapers and Synthetics are killed. Earth is saved and Shepard survives.(Note:This ending was done with 7200 “War Assets/Effective Military Strength”
Synthetic Eratication
All Synthetic life is destroyed and Shepard dies.
