Masive Frame drops

I have been attempting to play This game for a couple days but Something is causing massive frame drops.

Here are my specs

Ryzen 7 1700x @ 3.4 GHZ
16 GB DDR4 2933 MHz (dual channel)
GTX 1070Ti (Happens at both stock and with an OC) Driver Version 416.34 Installed dust a couple days ago, I did a clean install when I upgraded from my 970.
Game is running off a 7200 RPM 1TB HDD.

These drops seem to happen when the effects play. It makes the game unplayable unfortunately.

Yeah: one could have a nasa’s pc and still will have issues.
It’s a problem of ‘optimization’ of the halo 5 forge game: me too I have had problems about running it smoothly and problems of loadings. The only solution I have found is ( obviously ) to downgrade every graphic option; don’t think there is somrthing else you can do
