I have a theory just hear me out. From what we’ve heard of the digital feature, Marlowe has reserves about the military. I think possibly that he has been brought into ONI and has become a Spartan IV and works for ONI specifically. However, he has infiltrated ONI and has plans of his own. I think possibly he might be sent to find Master Chief. But I feel that Marlowe will tell Master Chief of ONI’s secrets and they need to take them down. I know I’m probably throwing this out of proportion, but I think this could be kinda interesting. What do you think of this?

Nope, Marlowe will be another throw away grunt. The spartan with the ONI insignia is someone far more elite.
Could this new Spartan be HyperLethal?!?!?!? So far there are only two Spartans who fit that classification.
Looking at the description of Marlowe, he “has reservations about those in command.” He seems like the opposite of the kind of person who would work for ONI.
