I was wondering is there a reason why 343i had very little marketing (Trailers,Ads,etc) for CEA??? I’m not bashing on 343 or anything but they didn’t create any TV ads or anything major to promote CEA and with this major game coming like this usually there would be some TV ads or something not some small trailers here and there. But CEA did sell really good at about 895k copies as of November 19th but I only want to know just to get some clarity so any reasons why???
Because it was a remake. No one ever does heavy marketing for a remake, there’s not point. The only real exception was OoT 3D but that was a) a Zelda title, which always receive heavy marketing, and b) the first major title for the 3DS, which was at the time, doing quite poorly.
