How do I get the solid color version of the Mark VI armor? Do I have to get lucky with these damn req packs to get it? I’m not talking about the Mark VI GEN1 version but the plain Mark VI variant. The one in the Ultra Rare card not the Legendary version unlocked through MCC achievements. I have the plain helmet and wanted matching armor. Very disappointed in this armor system but I’m five years too late to complain I suppose.

This Helmet / Armor is unlocked from the standard Gold Req Pack. The most effective method to unlock this Helmet / Armor is to first open up Silver Packs to unlock all Common, Uncommon and Rare reqs which can be obtained by opening Silver Packs (~1.6 million Req Points) and then go for Gold Packs until you obtain the searched item.

The most unfortunate aspect with the req system is that it isn’t clear how to unlock each req card that isn’t hidden. A large portion of the emblems and some Helmets / Armors can only be only through other means like participating in an event or completing a commendation.
However, it’s good that there exist a large chunk of req cards which can only be unlocked through completing a specific task but it would probably be better to give them another rarity to clarify that.
