Mark V Delta is the rendition of the Halo 3 version and yes there’s only the helmet in 3.

Based on the fact that the 2017 helmets are coming on their own (for the moment), we’ll have to go the Halo 3 route when the helmets come out.
Simply put; any MK. VI body + any 2017 helmet.

Here’s the problem, the Mark V Delta is Halo Reach’s interpretation of the Mark V helmet. It wouldn’t make sense if you smack the Delta helmet unto the Mark V Body from CE. If you notice here, the Delta helmet looks far different than the CE Mark V (which follows the Halo 3’s design). So the if the CE Mark V would return, it must have the original, respective helmet.
And problem number 2, is that the Noble Armor has already taken the body armor design for the Mark V Delta.
- This is the Halo Reach Set for the Mark V - This is Halo 5’s Noble ArmorThey are basically the same, aside from the helmet. So what I would recommend is rocking the Mark V Delta with the Noble Armor.

Actually I went back to see the helmet and came to the realization that the Delta may in fact be the Halo 3 Incarnation of the Mark V and not Reach’s.

No confirmation, but I wouldn’t quite say it’s speculation either. The claims that Mark V Delta is the Halo 3 iteration of Mark V are based on comparing the render to previous versions of the helmet. As a result, most say that it Mk5D is closest to the Halo 3 version of Mark 5.

Uhh, take a look at the model from the game, that’s all the confirmation you need… the CEA/4 Mk V looks quite different from the Halo 3 Mk V.

I love that chart of every MK V helmet. And yes, it appears to be almost identically to the H3 Mark V helmet, which I LOVE (I like how it is a bit more angular than the CE/4 helmets.)
