I was just wondering about this, since I just watched the trailer for the December dlc, is the Mark V armor given to you for nothing(like the teishen raikou armor) or will it be added into the RNG REQ pack system?

Its part of the updated content for the req system, so id imagine either fully req unlocked, kr as a side option beating solo legendary. Start making armor unlocked with chivos
Just like the last update, it’ll be in the REQ system.
It’s definitely going to be a REQ. Most likely a legendary too, meaning those unwilling to spend lots of time and/or money will never get it.

The new Armour, is it not the Armour worn by Spartans in Halo Wars, making it Mk IV and not Mk V? Or did I miss something?

It’s the Mark IV, same one as in your avatar.

Thank you. This isn’t the only time I’ve seen it referred to as Mk V.
It’s definitely mark iv.
Which is disappointing because I still need my Mark V helmet.
