Okay as we all know, Mark V Alpha failed miserably at recreating the look of classic Mark V especially the helmet, but I did realize that the Mark V alpha helmet looks surprisingly similar to the Mark I Powered Exoskeleton and the Mark I Armored Defense System (better known as the prototype suit from halo legends) Helmet. So I guess 343 accidentally created a Mark I helmet instead of a Mark V helmet, but at least for me this made the helmet a lot cooler.
