I completed the required mission for the Mark IF armor on halo 2 MCC and never received the armor.

You get the Mark VI and Mark VI [Scarred] armor sets for getting the “Your Journey Begins” and “Cairo Station” achievements; you don’t get Mark IV. Seeing as you have those achievements, if you are not seeing Mark VI in your REQ collection, take these steps to try and get the game to recognize you unlocked them:

  • Go back to MCC, change a customization item (emblem, banner, avatar, multiplayer skin, etc.). Make sure the change is saved. You may also consider playing a multiplayer match. - Open the Halo Channel app. I don’t know if this actually helps or not but it can’t hurt. - Go back to Halo 5 and check your REQ collection.
