Sooo can somebody tell me how to get mark IV armor in halo 5 thanx
Get very, very lucky from a Mythic REQ Pack or pack with a chance to get Mythic level drops.
Play games get REQ points.
Buy packs.
Though it’s random rarity adds weight, so mark 4 will take a while.
Grind baby. just grind, or spend $$$$ on REQ packs, Im at level 103 and still haven seen it. I got the Mark VI and scared variant early though. Helmets and Armor.Also havent seen any Pistols and i grind for at least 3 packs a day

Heroic Warzone firefight is probly the best for grinding. With Boosts you can get 10 k RP in about 4-5 games for a gold pack or 3-4 for 5K for a silver pack. go silver for a while first

Get lucky with a gold pack or get ready to grind. I didn’t grab mine until after lvl 100

Nearly doesnt mean impossible,so the chance that you will get it exist.

You will get legendary stuff early in gold packs, there are just so many things to unlock that it will take a long time to get the things you really want. I think there are too many loadout weapon variants (opinion). Too many for all of then to be usefull, like so many AR and BR variants that never get used. So many armor variants that are just paint changes on armor and helmets. I think Reach did Armor best, And the loadout weapons variants could be halved

Being realistic here, what’s the point of putting a long range sight on a weapon thats rated for Mid range, at best?

They’re visually distinct, however. The armor, in my opinion, is a wee bit better, as it does a small pauldron on the off arm and a large one on the main arm.
I have hundreds of thousands of REQ points (since I’ve unlocked everything) and I’d be more than happy to gift you 20 Gold packs right now, but guess what? I can’t because gift packs can only be exchanged using real money. It’s greed. I already gave them $60 for this game.
I really hope we don’t have to put up with this REQ pack/Loot crate nonsense in Halo 6. These reward systems turn the game into a chore. Playing Halo used to be the reward. At least get rid of the real money, buying it upfront aspect. It’s gross & greedy. And leave the grindy stuff to Destiny. That’s the very reason I quit playing that game.

You paid $60 for the game and paid for the Xbox One, as well as Xbox Live (which shouldn’t exist).
I’d much rather the Reach unlock system come bac, but 343 would undoubtedly find a way to mess that up too.

They had a pretty decent & thorough customization system in Halo 4, even with ones that took some serious effort to get (though I’d prefer cashing in cR in addition to grinding away at commendations because I don’t usually go into matches thinking “boy, I need 30 more mongoose kills” because it not only ruins the fun but more than likely screws over your teammates when you’re running around trying to complete all your plasma pistols kills or whatever instead of focusing on winning). Plenty of pieces, too. You could mix & match anything.
They know how to do this, remember they’re the ones who took over Reach after Bungie left (and fixed a lot of issues with the title update, namely nerfing bloom … a smidge). Bungie only oversaw the game for a year before skipping off to make the most grindiest, loot-infested, game ever made. Right now, they’re just selling us short to sell this stuff out in REQ packs because that’s what the industry has decided we wanted to eat up right now. And we overwhelmingly are. So it’s on the developers, publishers, and the players. Just follow the money.
That’s why I largely stick to games like Dishonored, Witcher, Wolfenstein, and a handful of older titles like Bioshock & Farcry that aren’t bogged down with this nonsense. Halo is my only online multiplayer shooter and has been for ages and I won’t see it go the way of Battlefront 2 of Candy Crush. lol
