Does anyone else want the original gen 1 mark vi armor in halo? I’m mean the new one looks cool and all but, the shoulder pads and the really thick forearms reminds me of reach. I want the original mark vi from halo 2 and 3, it’s so sleek just make the thrusters protrude a little bit more (for you know, some thrusting,) and some details and holes for the stabilizers and were in business. They can change the current mark vi in halo 5 to a gen 2 because I do like it but, it’s just not right to call it gen 1.
also a side note, I don’t mean to sound like a picky complaining -Yoink- but, is anyone else bothered by the fact that the smg doesn’t mount on his thigh but instead his back, I know it’s that big of a deal but it would just look so much cooler on his leg like in halo legends.
Really? Everyone likes the way the new armor looks? Wow that’s weird I could have sworn everyone was complaining about when halo 4 came out.
I would definitely love to see the Mark V being in Halo 5 as well.
Yes if they could make an accurate Mark V retrofitted with thrusters then that would be really cool. Does anyone know if Mark V had thrusters in the books? I thought they did for low-G environments.

They should give us the option to play as a Spartan II. Spartan IVs are trash.

You know in game they are the same, except maybe the the spartan II’s are a bit taller.
Chief and locke will probably play near exactly the same apart from maybe one ability to make it fresh, like arbiters camo.

Well… I wasn’t actually referring to the mark v or iv. What I meant to say was that I want the halo 3 mark vi exactly as it is in the game with just slightly bigger thrusters (to match the very prominent thruster feature in this game). And if they decide to do the mark v and iv, I hope they do the armor designs exactly like halo cea and wars so that it’s canon

Yeah. I know what you’re saying. You prefer the mark 6 of Bungie! Same here. Just…look the visor…it’s different from h2 and h3. shoulders…terrible, too big! The “new” mark 6 of h5 is very cool but too similar to the one of h4 (ugly). I hope they bring back the old style (bungie style) for mark 6 one day…
I would also like the Mk IV to be in Halo 5. I adore the chestpiece.

I wish they could make it look like halo 2 armor, I know its mjonir mark 6 but each version like from h2 to h3 has its own significant style

The mk 6 of h5 is too similar to the mk 6 of h4 wich is ugly…very ugly!
