Are you done with silvers? if yes then grind hard in WZFF for req points. Heroic FF i suggest. Then open gold packs and pray.
Get through the silver packs,then move to gold.

The Mark 4 Is obtainable through the Req Pool, however, your post is asking about the Mark 5. The Mark 5 Alpha is obtainable through the Req Pool as well, however, the Mark 5 Delta is I believe only obtainable through the Classic Helmet Pack, which occasionally returns for a sum of Req Points, or you can purchase it through the Xbox Store.
1 mark 5 is in arena packs,2 what level is it more obtainable in,and 3 (big smoke order)

Mark IV (and its Arcadia variant) are Legendary sets and are only available in Gold Packs.

OP, are you asking for Mark V or IV? I’m assuming you mean the one Chief wore in CE. That’s listed as Mark V Delta in Halo 5. The only way to get that is through the Classic Helmet pack. 343 makes that pack available for purchase by REQ points occasionally because they like to keep it special. So keep an eye out for it! It’s always available to buy from the Xbox Store for real money, which I highly advise against.

This is false information. The armor sets unlockable through MCC are Helioskrill, Mark VI Gen 1, Mark VI Gen 1 Scarred, and Nightfall (sort of).

Don’t you mean the Mark IV GEN1/Arcadia? Best advice is to buy silver packs to collect all of your Uncommon to Rare REQs, while buying gold packs after will just be giving you Ultra Rares and Legendary and no less
I think you can buy special cosmetic packs off of Microsoft store which would probably have the armor you’re looking for (just as a short-cut)
