that is a decent reason to be upset, even if it is maybe a 1 week difference. Unless they are bringing more content in this update than before it was delayed, I am complaining also. there is very few reasons that i would not be upset over that. But hey, i found out because of this thread so idk why it was delayed.

It doesn’t surprise me. That being said, I’m a bit disappointed it’s not coming out this month, but I get it. I rather them take their time then have it rushed out.
Yeah I rather have them take there time make sure it’s all good instead of having a broken version of what we were suppose to get… any got info on the march/April uplate?
so…will we get 2 updates in one month? or the updates pushed back a month?

It’s fine to be disappointed but I swear if I see a rage post on here about the situation at hand I’m going to loose it.

I think this will be a turning point for the release date of the updates. Remember that Shadow and Light and Cartographer’s Gift released in the middle of the month and because of the new office, the holidays, and more Infinity’s Armory and Hammer Storm launched towards the end of the month. Now we take a break during March and come back to updates releasing early on in the months. I’m saying we won’t see the possibility of two updates in a single month but I’m also saying you shouldn’t hold your breath to it.

Okay, you go create a triple A game and release free content for every month. Let’s see how hard it is if you think it’s that easy.
There’s some stuff you can defend and there’s other stuff you can attack. Then there’s the parts that while upsetting, are out of anyone’s control. We are humans, not machines. Setbacks, errors, and more happen. You think they wanted to delay the update?

The monthly updates are what keep this game fresh
A delay into the next month is horrible I’m already bored of the new update and have all the new reqs…
No reason to keep playing unless I want to play Grifball over and over or return to modes I’ve played to death the past 4-5 months
343 promised monthly content updates
Mid-late February to Early april is not monthly…
Who knows, they might finish up early like with last months update. No need to get your -Yoink!- in a bind just yet.

This. We don’t expect absolute perfection and we’re fine if it’s not perfect. That is the core of the “343 defenders vs bungie fans” argument. We’re fine with change.
Just as long as we get the april update in april Ill be happy. I dont want it to continue to get pushed back but then again with such small time frames are any of us surprised that occasionally things go wrong. What if a lead designer gets hospitalized suddenly? Life happens and with only 1 month thats not much notice, so Ill give them the few days delay as long as it doesnt continue to happen

love your entitlement /s. You know how hard it us to make a triple A game, especially with half if not almost all of this community acts entitled and gets made over stupid crap.
Here’s a tip: Programming is a BEAST. Likely they tried to mash a new feature into testing and came back with a lethal bug. Better to scour the system for problems then rush out a poorly patched update.
I don’t why you guys are cutting them any slack here…There is evidence that they finish updates months before launching them…
Just look at the CE pistol…that was shown off before the game launched in October and we just got at the end of February
Not to mention how they’re showing Firefight which is probably coming in June…
