Am I the only one who when their team is in charge of fortress has their vehicles force spawned in the fortress even if the home base has been highlighted? I get its all well and good being dropped closer to the fight yes; but when the fortress is being contested its so easy for an enemy to drop from above and board/hijack you!
Too many times have i spent 6+ REQ points on a scorpion or variant and as i am rising through the floor an enemy player has sighted me and is waiting, resulting in me being blown up a second or two after receiving control of the vehicle!
Please 343 switch off that force spawn so we can retrieve vehicles from a safer place in your team’s respective home base?
This happens to me a lot. I get pretty aggravated, but now I just avoid bigger, slower vehicles when my team controls the fortress. Seems to work okay.
Its an infuriating issue I find, surely instead of us not using vehicles 343i can just fix it?
On this map I really just want to spawn the vehicles at the home base and not the fortress, I spawned a tank in the fortress and 2 seconds later got boarded…immensely frustrating.
