Why won’t this achievement unlock I’ve read through all the pages and after it goes red screen wait for red arrow and exit, I’m helping a friend in co-op he’s not getting it and I did mine years ago.
3 on the Ark 3 On The Covenant 1 on halo and one pointless 8th on cortana which isn’t required for the achievement but I did that anyway still not unlocking.
Potentially because you’re doing it in co-op. Did your friend try doing them all solo? I don’t know if there’s a hidden requirement to do them all solo, but that’s something to try out.

He went offline after we kept trying I told him do it solo because that’s how I did mine.
I think I read some people doing it co-op but not everyone got it it’s so confusing I-can’t-even-anymore. I’ll give an update on waypoint if it worked solo, thanks.

make sure he starts the missions from the beginning. i can’t confirm if finishing them is necessary. also i want to mention that the terminals have 2 “phases”; you will read something by presing (a) then an animation will play then there’s more text which you have to press (a) on, this is something i missed on once, read them fully.

Yeah when I got this a long time ago I made sure I went through the terminals completely until it didn’t show any more information. Usually they’ll say [Fragment Ends] and thats how I knew I could press B and back out. Give that a try if you haven’t already.
I did mine solo because I remembered where all of them were, so there’s a good chance it’s buggy when doing it co-op and might not pop when done with more than one person.
