First sorry if someone already noticed this but i haven’t been on here in forever (to busy play reach mp) anyways i was looking at the halo 4 promethean screenshots and i noticed something, on both pictures of the watchers i noticed something the is almost identical to the marathon logo if you look in the very middle of the watchers chest (or whatever you want to call it) you can see the old bungie marathon logo anyways either some of the bungie emplayees that now work at 343 wanted to leave bungies mark on the new game, the 343 team wanted to honor bungie or its just a coincidence (very doubtful) anwyas heres the links and discuss http://download.halowaypoint.com/content/waypoint/assets/images/fd646c7f3c1f41ffbcce9289393a4b58/2821521-gallery.png

I too noticed this, nice to see a little reference to marathon and bungie, the knights have that symbol too around the chest area.
Also this structure resembles the marathon symbol but has a few additional details to it.
The structure has layers but as it goes towards the center it begins to resemble the marathon logo more
You know, I wonder how many of these ‘7/marathon’ references are accidents.
This likely isn’t, but some of those theories about bungie referencing the number 7 go kinda far…
