Not sure if this is true, but i think your map has to become a popular map in the Most Popular section of the File Browser and if its REALLY popular than you might have a chance of it coming to Macth Making if a 343 employee recognises it for its awsomenes.
Not sure if thats true, but that would make sense.
I thought you had to talk to a dev about it.
