with halo5 you can’t select the next map. Do you like it? Or would you like to vote for the next map (team arena as well game mode)? what do you think. Vote or random?
There aren’t currently enough maps or game modes to even do this. If there were playlists like Action Sack or Team Objective (Oddball, KOTH, CTF, etc.) it would make more sense to allow voting.
What do you mean there aren’t enough maps to allow voting? There are plenty of maps in all playlists to at least have a veto system like H3. The other day my team and I played Arena Breakout on Fathom 5 times in a row(three games of which were against the same people) to then play Strongholds on Eden only to get Arena Breakout on Fathom again! The gametype/map pool in Team Arena alone is big enough to allow voting for at least 3 different gametype/map combos one match and 3 completely different combos the next match.
To add on to this, if the last match you played was something like, I don’t know, Arena Breakout on Fathom the search queue shouldn’t allow you to play that exact same gametype/map combo consecutively. Nobody wants to play the same thing over and over.
Voting assures that, instead of getting to see all the maps on a fairly regular basis, you will get to see only the two or three most popular maps over and over again. I don’t even know what maps those would be in this game since I don’t play in the arena, but in Halo 4 that meant Haven over and over and over again until I was sick of the sight of it. No. Thank. You.
Haven was the only good map in Halo 4 anyway, but this isn’t about Halo 4 this is about Halo 5. Say 343i doesn’t go with voting, a veto system would still be better than the current system we have now where you just play the same thing over and over because their current algorithm is atrocious. I’m sick of replaying the same gametype/map at least twice in a row every time I queue in the Arena.
so people might think that a few maps Will be replayed over and over again. But what if you could vote like halo reach? Like 3 random maps or none of the above.
I think that also we should have the possibility of choosing the game type for example on swat personally i prefer normal swat with a BR over a magnum in swatnuts
I would love it if 343 decreased the amount of times the Battle of Noctus showed up in Warzone. am i the only one that seems to be having this problem.

Veto is a must!
I for one love that there is no vote or veto option. All those things do is cause the same couple things to get played over and over.
