I purchased the champions map pack and commander palmer armor for my son and it says it has downloaded but it is not there when my son goes to play. I tried downloading from xbox live marketplace, then from system settings but still no luck. I then went through xbox support and they walked me through this entire protocol of removing his profile and deleting downloadable content then redoing everything and it still did not work. has anyone had this problem and if so how did they fix it. Also when he plays war games it says that he does not have all the DLC but I do not know what else there is to download. All suggestions are welcomed. thanks
the champions bundle only include two maps and thats pitfall and vertigo try and see if you can play those maps and it also includes some armor.
you haven’t got all dlc you still need
-Castle map pack
-Majestic map pack
-Crimson map pack
and for commander palmer armor you do know thats an avatar and not in game armor? so have you checked you’re avatar customization and find the set.
now if you didn’t find it still heres some reasons as to why it might be,
go to you’re storage on xbox find halo 4 and find the champions bundle, now click on it. do you see an exclamation mark? if so then delete it and go to you’re download history and redownload it until you don’t see any exclamation mark.
if that didn’t work then it seems like you’re hard drive has become corrupt and is not working properly, and then resulting in not managing to download you’re purchases, from here you could buy a new hard drive and just download everything back to the new drive by using download history.
