Map pack not working??!?

When i try to play the cea maps through the reach disk it loads for about five minutes and then it pops up with a disk scratch error message although all the other maps work/my disk is fine

Did you try deleting and re-downloading the maps?There may have been an error while downloading which could cause that to happen.

Possible solutions (try them in this order)

  1. Delete and re-download mappack.
  2. If game installed on HDD, uninstall
  3. If game NOT installed on HDD, give your xbox three gentle whacks just after the disk slows down. This is the solution that helped people get past the damaged disk error in ME2 and during ME3’s installation process. Look it up. As ridiculous as it sounds, it’s a legitimate solution to the problem, as it is the only one so far (other then buying xbox 361).

Yes i have deleted and downloaded the map pack 2 times now and yes its installed to my HDD
