MAP PACK 343 read and help plz

I am a limited edition owner i downloaded the map pack on release date using my code and now scense the playlist update on monday my map pack is gone and it wont let me redownload it can anyone help me with this problem im already at he boiling point about the problems with this game and im very fustrated that i cant play my new maps anymore HELP HELP HELP
