This topic can be about any map idea you’ve had that you think would be an awesome map for Warzone or Arena.
My idea is a Warzone map. I’ve always been obsessed with indoor maps because I like the close quarters. Also, the majority of maps in halo are indoor so it can get pretty repetitive. Anyway, this Warzone map could be similar to the Forerunner structure beneath ONI’s Sword Base in the mission The Package from REACH. A warzone map there would make for an interesting indoor fight, and it’s still relatively open for air vehicles!
What map ideas have you guys had?

I’d roll with that! But I’m thinking newer maps, not remakes. (I know there’s sort of already a map that I described in my original post in Reach, but still)

a really awesome war zone map would be a ship to ship objective type jump in a pelican, gather your teammates and take off land in the hanger try to avoid incoming turret and cannon fire jump in a broadsword escort your pelicans shoot down the opposing teams pelicans before they board your ship defend your critical systems shield generator server rooms engine room armory and hanger bays power core attack the enemys as well when you ships power core is disabled take the bridge issue command to abandon ship before the enemy takes it Get to the escape pods sounds fun right?
Forge items can be triggered and animated.
I want to build a small, doughnut-shaped space station with interacteable doors, which, when all doors are opened, explodes/opens the innermost walls, opening the arena up to a more open/chaotic last part.
I’m also thinking about making a map where animated terrain objects move to form a Sarlacc pit in the middle halfway through a map. And a map inspired from the stairs in the Hogwarts movies, with a central tower-structure that lets players use man-cannons to move up the tower, but the man-cannons turn to new positions at differently timed intervals, making specific coordinated attacks impossible to use repeatedly throughout the entire match.
The whole bit about animated scripted objects in forge is almost too much to handle.

Yeah, movable objects are going to lead to some very dynamic gameplay. I can’t wait to see what all the forgers come up with.
