Every playlist seems to have the map and game types show up in a certain order. For example, in BT Skirmish, CTF shows up first and KOTH is last. If every selection had one vote each, then CTF wins every time. Actually, CTF seems to win every time regardless of the order anyways, but affects the smaller playlists even more.
I think a good solution would be to make everything in a particular playlist show up randomly, just to mix things up and keep the game more interesting. That way there would be a chance at getting 3 KOTHs showing up at once so that CTF can’t get picked for a change in BT Skirmish. It would also help players discover new favorites as well. I had no idea that I loved Oddball until I was forced to play it in Halo 3.
